Sorry this is bad news….

Hi everyone.

This is Val (Darran’s fiance).

Darran was released from hospital on the 11th July but unexpectedly passed away 6 days later on the on the 17th July.

It was not the EHE that killed him but a blood clot to his lung and as the coroner said it was a recognised complication of surgery there is going to be an inquest to see if anyone was to blame.

 

I’d just like to thank everyone who gave Darran thier support during his illness and to all those who are living with EHE i wish you all the best and i hope a cure is found for you all very soon.

Well its here … time for me to go into Christies again, and the bad news is I had to go into hospital for a bit to get the infection checked out

Infections SUCK!

Yep its happened again… just a week before I go in for the next operation I wake up in pain and with red splotchs all over my upper legs and lower stomach…
